Riverlink is positioned as a family friendly, community-based Centre and is the largest Shopping Centre in our Primary Trade Area. The Centre is 61,682m2 and positioned in the heart of Ipswich with 6 majors, 10 mini majors, 150 specialty stores and 2,555 carparks. LEDA owned and managed, Ipswich Riverlink Shopping Centre’s main west mall opened on the 5th April 2007, soon followed by the east mall which opened on the 31st May.

At over 60,000m2, the Regional Centre’s tenancy mix comprises of Major anchors Coles, Kmart, Target, Woolworths, Limelight Cinemas and Aldi. Mini Majors include The Reject Shop, Rebel Sport, Best & Less, Healthyworld Pharmacy, JB Hi-Fi, Mr Toys, Priceline, Cotton On, and City Beach along with 150 specialty stores, kiosks and services, bulky goods outlets and restaurants.

Casual Leasing

Ipswich Riverlink Shopping Centre offers a number of casual leasing sites in prime traffic areas. Daily and weekly packages are available. Sites are available in a variety of sizes to suit your display. Demand is high which means advance bookings are essential.
